- Current General Liability Insurance Certificate
- Current Workers’ Compensation Insurance Certificate
- Insurance Certificates must list Byron Elijah Construction Inc. as an Interested Party or Certificate Holder.

Requirements for Partnership
To ensure a smooth and compliant collaboration, all subcontractors partnering with Byron Elijah Construction must meet the following criteria:
Proof of Past Work Experience
Please provide documentation or references demonstrating your experience in your trade. This helps us verify your skills and project history.
Current Insurance Coverage
You must hold valid General Liability and Workers’ Compensation insurance policies. Your coverage must be current and adequate for the scope of work.
Byron Elijah Construction as an Interested Party
For your insurance policies, Byron Elijah Construction must be added as an Interested Party or Certificate Holder. This is essential to protect all parties involved.
Compliance with Safety and Regulatory Standards
All subcontractors must comply with applicable safety regulations and industry best practices.
